Why Give?
Giving financially is a way of honoring God with your finances.
Tithing is a biblical principle. God calls us to give the first 10% of our income back to Him. At Island Church, we continue to see God provide abundantly in our community and in our world through the generosity of His people. We believe that as you take steps in faith to trust God with your finances, He will continue to provide for you and your family in abundance as well.
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” 2 Corinthians 9:7
Ways to Give
There are three ways to give electronically at Island Church.
- Online through our ministry partner – IBCM
- Check or Zelle Payment (no service fees)
- Local WIB Bank Account Transfer
Please see the details below for each of these options. We also welcome you to give in person if you’re able to join us on a Sunday. Giving envelopes are available as you enter the theater.

To Give online through our ministry partner - IBCM, following the instructions below.
The Island Church was planted in January of 2024 and has since partnered with other organizations both locally and internationally to provide safe and secure online giving opportunities. Our ministry partner, IBCM is one such organizationthat helps to facilitate our online giving through their online giving portal.
When a donation is made for the Island Church through this portal, an official receipt usable for tax purposes will be emailed immediately to the donor.
1. Use the link below to access the IBCM “Donations” website.
2. Select “Island Church, St Maarten” in the dropdown menu.
3. Complete the form including the amount to be donated.
Your donation (minus a 1.5% giving portal processing fee) will be sent directly to Island Church and you will automatically receive an email receipt for your donation.
